This treatment is designed for client and therapist to work together to help ease symptoms of a wide variety of conditions. Billed under registered massage therapy, you will work with the RMT to treat such conditions as; anxiety, ADHD, stress, fatigue, pain reduction, migraines, pelvic floor, postpartum, post-concussion symptoms, general wellness concerns and much more. Using gentle swedish massage techniques, combined with breath cues and guided meditation (yoga nidra) we will work together to help create a deeper connection to your body and give you tools to help calm your nervous system.

Yoga Nidra Add-On $20

This treatment is designed to add on to your Registered massage. Billed under registered massage therapy, you will work with the RMT to treat such conditions as; anxiety, ADHD, stress, fatigue, pain reduction, migraines, pelvic floor, postpartum, post-concussion symptoms, general wellness concerns and much more.
